By accessing or using the DrillStrong platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DrillStrong ("we," "us," or "our").
DrillStrong provides an online platform for booking small-group pickleball training sessions at partner facilities, including Pickleball Kingdom and Snee Farm Country Club. The Service enables users to purchase session credits, schedule training sessions, and manage their account activity.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Session credits are purchased in advance and used to book training sessions. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law. Credits expire as specified at the time of purchase. DrillStrong reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
Sessions may be cancelled and credits fully restored if cancellation occurs more than 12 hours before the scheduled session start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of a session will result in forfeiture of the credit. Credits are automatically restored for sessions cancelled by DrillStrong due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Founders Pack benefits, including extended advance booking windows, remain active only while the participant maintains an active 8-pack credit purchase. DrillStrong reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Founders Pack program with reasonable notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, sharing account credentials, attempting to circumvent booking policies, harassing coaches or other participants, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrillStrong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Participation in pickleball training involves physical activity and inherent risks of injury. By using the Service to book sessions, you acknowledge these risks and affirm that you are physically capable of participating. You are required to sign a separate Liability Waiver before participating in any session.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in South Carolina.
